Notes

Adapted BontiqueOne to read from a headless Magento alongside our existing backend, so the same UI can serve either source per-tenant. Used the migration as the moment to upgrade the design system itself to Vue 3 / Nuxt 3 and the composition API - the dual-backend cutover and the framework jump shipped together rather than as two separate disruptions.
